# How to Make It:
- In a large pitcher, mix lemon juice with granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar completely dissolves.
- Pour in cold water and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate the lemonade until ready for service.
- For each fruit syrup, place fruit, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes, gently mash fruit to release juices, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a jar; discard solids and cool.
- In a saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar. Simmer and stir until sugar dissolves, remove from heat and add mint leaves. Steep for 15 minutes, strain into a jar, and cool.
- Arrange lemonade in a beverage dispenser. Place each syrup in labeled bottles or jars. Set out garnishes, ice cubes, and glasses for guest self-service.
- Pour classic lemonade into a glass, add ice, and stir in 1–2 tablespoons of preferred flavor syrup. Garnish with lemon slices or mint sprigs as desired.
